By The Chicago Association Of Realtors updated the Apartment Rental Lease as of January 5th, 2022. The new lease includes language for the new Fair Notice Laws and the updated deposit interest rates. The Bed Bug and Lead Based Paint Disclosures now also have the logo for Healthy Chicago and also includes links for Facebook and Twitter pages. More agency locations have also been added to the Radon Disclosure. The RLTO has been updated to show 2022 but is otherwise unchanged from the last revision.
