recorded video walk-throughs, high quality photos and all the info you need to rent
remotely.
What do I need in order to qualify for an apartment?
Most of our landlords and property managers are looking for credit scores over 620 and
monthly gross (before taxes) income greater than 2.5x the monthly rent. If you don’t meet
the above criteria, most landlords will accept a co-signer that does.
Application fees are used to pay for credit and background checks and are
nonrefundable.
First month’s rent is refundable in the event that your application is denied or
you do not move forward with a lease signing within 48 hours of approval.
