TAS is searching for a talented and experienced off-site property manager eager to be part of a rapidly growing
management division. Our well-established, industry-leading leasing service is offering our favorite landlords full
service property management, and we need your help!

We manage rental properties around Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Logan Square, Avondale, Humboldt Park, Pilsen and
Auburn Gresham presently totaling 100 units, but growing fast. We are planning to acquire +100-200 units over the
next 9 months. As property manager you will be responsible for communication and coordination with owners,
tenants and vendors.

We believe in a higher caliber of customer service than our industry presently considers ‘standard.’ Our goal is to
exceed the expectations of not just our owners, but just as importantly.. Our tenants.

Duties:
• Responding to tenant inquiries, issues and requests
• Communicating regular progress updates to tenants and owners
• Coordinating and scheduling vendors and contractors
• Site visits to inspect work and obtain bids
• Entering, recording and keeping our management platform up to date
• Reviewing monthly statements for owners of each property 
• Field 24/7 emergency requests
• Ensure compliance with The Apartment Source policy, federal and local regulation
• Preparing and assisting the leasing service when units come to market
• Improve operational efficiency. We are growing fast and welcome input on systems and procedures that serve the
  mission of exceeding expectations!
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. It is vital that the property manager can sympathize with both
tenants and landlord's needs while simultaneously managing the expectations of both parties in order to provide
excellent service.
• 2-5 years of property management experience
• Experience with a management software platform like Buildium, Appfolio, Yardi, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Basic knowledge of common maintenance repair costs and standards
• Highly organized, prideful in good quality work and honesty
• Associate preferred
• One with Driving Licence is preferred
• One willing to relocate is preferred
