However, as we approach the end of the busy rental season, we are starting to see the market shift back in favor of tenants.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Inventory at the start of the rental season was extremely tight. Lack of options for renters caused rent prices in Chicago to increase\u00a0 significantly. These massive price jumps are coming to an end, for now.<\/span><\/p>\n

As more and more renters commit to their new apartments, remaining renters will have more options to choose from.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
