2. <\/b>Roof + Gutters<\/b><\/p>\n

Be sure to have your roof inspected for any missing, loose, or damaged shingles or sections that are in need of replacement. Have a professional remove all debris from your gutters and ensure the runoff water flows away from the foundation.
