After a year of extra challenges, landlords are finally receiving some much needed relief from complications caused by the pandemic. The Cook County Emergency Rental Assistance program is paying up to 12 months of missed rent and utility payments, and up to 3 months of future rent payments. These payments will be made directly to your landlord and utility company. Applications will open in the coming days.<\/p>\n
