Under new ownership and within our new office space (come visit us at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/2533+W+Fullerton+Ave,+Chicago,+IL+60647\/@41.9246349,-87.6933299,17z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x880fd29b13f13fc9:0x3d3c60c98d16601f!8m2!3d41.9246349!4d-87.6911412\">2533 W Fullerton Ave<\/a>!), many policy and procedural changes were implemented to increase the size of our staff, the quality of our agent training and the scope of our services.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The Apartment Source now offers a full suite of services to it\u2019s landlord and investor clients. In addition to our industry-standard Leasing service, we now offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Full-service Property Management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sales, both first-time home buyers and multifamily investors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Development and General Contracting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This year, The Apartment Source Chicago:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Welcomed several new staff members including: a professional Photographer, Listing Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, Transaction Processor and Bookkeeper.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Welcomed our Sales Director and board member of the Illinois\/Chicago Association of Realtors, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apartmentsourcechicago.com\/team-member\/5e41c03776aae7574f113792\">Chris Pezza<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Brought on The Marr Group, a top-producing leasing team led by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apartmentsourcechicago.com\/team-member\/5f999cd10763ed03b0af852f\">Troy Marr<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Increased our agent base by 2x to generate over $1.5 Million in leasing revenue with over 1,000 units rented<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Closed over $10 Million in sales transactions around Chicagoland<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Implemented a new training program to foster career development and success for our agents<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Increased the units under property management in Chicago to 98<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Launched our virtual tours channel on Youtube: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCLqZ8tItJ27dk2NMHk_MOiQ\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCLqZ8tItJ27dk2NMHk_MOiQ<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Served 64 new private landlords, 7 new property management companies and served over 2,900 clients<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Made the <a href=\"http:\/\/chicagoagentmagazine.com\/whos-who-2020\/the-apartment-source\/\">The Who\u2019s Who in Chicago Real Estate<\/a>: (See our blog post about it here)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">If you haven\u2019t already, get acquainted with our agents and staff here:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.apartmentsourcechicago.com\/team\"> https:\/\/www.apartmentsourcechicago.com\/team<\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Overall we are very fortunate to have weathered this year and lucky to be able to serve our clients in innovative ways.
